Welcome to bimBible.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, which is operated by 3Angle (“3Angle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site is a free reference platform for BIM (Building Information Modeling), currently providing a glossary of terms and definitions. Additional sections (such as Elements, Learn, and Forum) may be added over time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, or systematically extract substantial parts of the Site’s content for republication;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or placing excessive load on it; or
  • use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and its original content (including the glossary definitions written for the Site) are owned by 3Angle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and reference the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations with appropriate attribution.

“bimBible” and “3Angle” are brands used by us. Other product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes only.

4. Accuracy of information

The glossary and other educational content are provided for general informational purposes. While we work to keep them accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or error-free, and it should not be relied upon as professional engineering, legal, or technical advice.

5. Email notifications

If you submit your email address through a notification or waitlist form, you consent to receive a notification related to the relevant section’s launch. You can ask us to remove your email at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites, and accessing them is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Angle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law
