These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the general rules for using bimBible.com (the “Site”), operated by 3Angle (“3Angle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They work together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement with us.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site responsibly and lawfully. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, harvest its content at scale, or use it in any way that could harm 3Angle, other users, or third parties. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

If you submit information to us (for example, an email address via a waitlist form, or — in the future — posts in a community/forum section), you are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to share it. For community features that may launch later, additional rules may apply and will be presented at that time. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Angle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3Angle from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated “Effective date”. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
